"In Inheritance, death is not the end — it is the loop that drives evolution. Each time the player falls to the Boss, they awaken again, a little wiser and a little stronger, having absorbed a weaker version of the very skill that defeated them. The Boss fights in a fixed behavior loop, and only through repeated encounters can the player learn, adapt, and ultimately break the cycle. This gameplay loop — of death, inheritance, and rebirth — is the core of both the story and the strategy."
